Operating notes
Funddata is operated by albascape. We’re a small distributed team. Sales / press / support inboxes are monitored Monday–Friday during European and US business hours; the security inbox is paged 24/7 and is the right destination for vulnerability disclosure or suspected account compromise.
For urgent data errors on a live page, the fastest path is to email support with the URL plus a screenshot. We’ll either fix the upstream record (where we control it) or file the correction with the underlying provider and flag the cell on our side until it’s resolved.
For partnership / licensing inquiries, please include: organization name, intended use case, expected query volume, redistribution requirements (none / internal / external), and any geographic constraints.

- How do I report a wrong number on a page?
Email support@funddata.example with the URL, the number you saw, and what you believe it should be. Where possible we cite a primary source so you can compare. Most data corrections land within 24 hours; a few require a re-ingest from the upstream provider.
- Can I get a press / academic / non-profit discount?
Yes. Email sales@funddata.example with a one-paragraph description of the use case and we'll respond with a discounted plan or a free academic-license option for course / dissertation work.
- Does Funddata offer a public API?
There are read-only JSON endpoints under /api for the screens you see in the UI (search, quote, candles, etc.) but they're not a documented public API yet. If you need stable programmatic access, email sales — we can scope something.
- Where is data hosted?
Postgres on Supabase, application + cache on Vercel. Data residency depends on your plan; see the Privacy policy for the full sub-processor list and locations.
- Is my Ask query log shared with third parties?
Inference goes to Anthropic Claude under their zero-retention API terms. We retain the prompt + response in our DB for 90 days for product quality and abuse prevention; see Privacy policy.
